Dave was resilient and made sure we got what we were looking for. We started with fairly lofty goals and realized we were a bit outside of our element. Instead of showing us mediocre places because we seemed unsure about the high price, Dave handled it as if we were going to buy all of them. We were first-time homebuyers and I can’t imagine having an easier experience. Dave stood up for us when the developer was slowing down the finalization of our home and we appreciated that.
