He took us on countless home showings, always full of positivity and wit. I am not sure anyone knows the Columbus housing market better than Dave; he is very knowledgeable and it was critically beneficial to our search and the negotiation process. Beyond his knowledge of the market, he knows exactly what to look for once you’re inside a home that could pose a potential problem. We always felt Dave had our best interests in mind and as though we were his only clients. We closed on our home in January 2015, but Dave never cut off contact.
