We worked with David throughout the beginning of the process remotely (to which end he was very responsive in getting us information proactively), and then met us in person to show us around the areas and homes we singled out. David was very direct and honest, which we appreciated, and helped us negotiate the nuances of doing business in a new state. We were very demanding clients with tons of questions, but David was always responsive and got us swift answers because he was sensitive to the time crunch we were under to find and close on a home. Don’t let his young appearance fool you – he knows what he is doing! Highly recommended.

When I started looking for a home I didn’t know who to contact in the Columbus area to get the ball rolling on the search so I shot off an email to several different realator’s here on Zillow. Dave Fairman with Gold Key Experts was the only one to actually respond back with a real email, out of the approx. 10 relator’s I emailed the only other response I got was a form response. Dave was incredibly personable and helpfult throughout the process. I’m picky and a first time homebuyer so it took a while to find the right place and throughout the process Dave was very helpful, patient, and always quick to respond to any questions. After doing several hours of googling, we kept coming across amazing reviews for “The Gold Key Experts”, specifically David Fairman, so we decided to give him a call. That was one of the best calls I have ever made. From day one Dave was a delight to work with. He always returned our calls and emails no matter what time it was. This is something that we can not overstate.
