We were relocating for work and didn’t know the area at all. We worked with David throughout the beginning of the process remotely (to which end he was very responsive in getting us information proactively), and then met us in person to show us around the areas and homes we singled out. David was very direct and honest, which we appreciated, and helped us negotiate the nuances of doing business in a new state. We were very demanding clients with tons of questions, but David was always responsive and got us swift answers because he was sensitive to the time crunch we were under to find and close on a home. Don’t let his young appearance fool you – he knows what he is doing! Highly recommended.
